My haircuts are usually fine. However this is the 2nd time in a row and 3rd out of the last 4 that I have used the online check in. The first time it dropped me off the list when I arrived 1 minute after the time it recommended. The second and third time I was “on deck” when someone below me on the waiting list was taken. I have been coming here since it opened and the service has been going down for a while now. Likely will switch places in the future.

I took my boys to SportClips to get a haircut and was extremely disappointed in the poor customer service with my experience. I am typically not a person to complain as I have worked in customer service throughout college. Unfortunately, the computer dropped our names off of the list since my 13 year old didn't sign in properly (even though the lady was helping him). The wait was 1 hr 34 minutes. When we came back after the time, we learned their names were not on the list. The manager on duty, Jillian, was extremely rude and did not attempt to smooth things over with an apology or any more than "sorry, your name isnt on here anymore! There is nothing I can do!" Perhaps that was the case, but I would have appreciated a kind, apologetic and positive response if some kind. I have never written a review before in my life, but after leaving so angry, and feeling as though we were not appreciated as customers, I am not confident I will return in the future or minimally, I may need to find another location.
